It was Charlie's first birthday on the 9th, and since Kara doesn't blog, I get to post her pictures!! While Drew and Kara ran to pick up supplies, I gave Charlie a bath and got her ready for her party dress. Then we played with balloons while we waited for party time.
They had a barbeque in the backyard, but it was raining on and off and by the time presents and cake time rolled around it was dark and dreary outside, so she opened her presents inside.
She got really good at ripping that paper off so she could see what was inside!!
And she sampled some cake.
It was a fun night with lots of people who love this little girl. She is a cute, mellow, smart little sweetheart and we love that she's part of our family.
